Our founder, Gerald I. Smith Jr., was a victim of human rights violations for over 6 years.
The human rights violations against Gerald I. Smith Jr. began in September 2008. Due to the failures of U.S. gov't agencies to assist Gerald, he filed a federal lawsuit in U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware on 30 January 2015. His complaint is publicly available via the Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) service. His complaint number is 15-112.
